1. No, but gov't does. As it should, for many. And, various factors make the expense unnecessarily high. Dem refusal to have tort reform is one example. Inadequate punishment for welfare fraud is another.
2. Any ONE person can find a job. I am speaking of the total number.
3. Aren't most problems, in and of gov't, due to attitude?
