They can be programmed and influenced to behave that way - but they are absolutely, NOT natively evil.

Using the authority, force and power of the United States federal government to FORCIBLY separate citizens from their wealth and then handing that wealth over to citizens that are living below the poverty line is CYNICAL.

It beilies an ARROGANT, SUPERIOR, HAUGHTY Robin Hood philosophy that says INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT CARE FOR EACH OTHER and must be forcibly made to do so.

Wow. What an evil basis on which to create a society. When you look at prosperous America, you see a country that is the biggest giver to charity in the world - easily.

And yet, that is ignored. If Welfare were ended today, special initiatives to help those effected would immediately be launched and we would take care of our own through private activity.

Only the LEFT would have you believe that the middle class, upper middle class and wealthy of this country would not take this type of action...

What does that tell you about them?
