react if we had citizens truly in need.
Not sitting watching TV, with a house, phone and a functional car, but truly in need.
Again and again we show we answer the call when there is a need.
And welfare, more than any other program, keeps people down, keeps people from coming into any part of their greatness, and that hurts us all.
At a minimum, a welfare to work program needs to be restarted. We can't have an entire segment of our society literally paid to do nothing, incentivized to NOT CONTRIBUTE.
