that comes in for a 4-5 minute span (against the other team's backups) - run some plays for him and try to get a couple of 3s.
I'm not really a NEP/PER stats guy - that's what the eye test says as well. Stats can be misleading (i.e. you can't incorporate everything into stats.)
The question is: why does CVL play so much? I don't think it's because he's the best player. IMO, he plays so much because KA is comfortable with him - that ain't going to change when Barnett becomes eligible...CVL is still going to be starting & getting 20-25 mpg.
A P5 team can't play .500 ball with Woods at the 5 or CVL starting and getting 25 mpg.
