starters & 2nd from the bottom leads the team in minutes (excluding the two schollie players that can't see the floor.) Those two guys were also the two weakest scholarship performers last year (from an NEP standpoint.)

Is this a flaw in the NEP system, or a flaw in the coach's roster utilization?
