I have one bourbon almost every Friday night, is there a heroin happy hour? Recreational crack, meth, heroin....riiiiiight
I can see where an occasional toke might be equivalent to having an occasional beer but for most drugs a .22 hollow point in the ear of the seller sounds like the right way to prosecute a war to me.
