the best spent money with regards to jobs training, education, and job creation in the entire government.
If we could have an amazingly strong military and never use it, I would be as happy as a pig in slop. Build planes, build guns, build missiles, build satellites. Then hope we never use them.
Plus, the minority component is huge if you're in to that sort of thing.
