If you have a VA hospital affiliated with a med school, it can be some pretty good care. But the wait list to get the care sucks.
If you are stuck going to the VA hospital in Poplar Bluff, the docs are once who ran from private practice because they couldn't afford another malpractice suit AND the wait for care sucks.
The VA system basically killed my father.
Overhaul the entire system.
