mostly right back then, but that isn't the reason for the hankerin' for states rights at the moment.
In fact, it's the allegorical opposite for many. The right of states to make laws against the deliberate execution of unborn children, but the federal government has insisted by judicial fiat that the RIGHT to deliberately kill unborn children is a federal constitutional right that supersedes states' rights to outlaw it.
