It seems to me that some of the charges of racism are really more friction over culture than skin color.
There are times when some sort of behavior is prohibited or required that racism is alleged because blacks either engage in more of the prohibited behavior or don't typically engage in the required behavior as often/much as whites or other races. This seems to be true even when prohibiting some behavior(s) or requiring others makes perfect sense for the business, school, organization or society at large.
Or so it seems to me.
