The fact "wasteful spending" is so confusing is not surprising in the least. An imbecile, a proven one over & over & over, would have too tough of time comprehending such an elementary concept.

Despite the fog that makes up the totality of your brain, we educated that Obama & the typical run away spending Dems increased the deficit by more than all other Presodents combined!
