creating jobs, which you, yourself, just admitted. More jobs & more people working means a greater tax base. Combined with massive cuts to wasteful spending, that in itself will more than pay for infrastructure improvements, which by the way, will be public/private partnerships executed & produced by the private aspect of that.
Hell, don't forget to add to the budget the President's yearly salary for 4 years to the budget, since he has been a man of his word about that & kept that campaign promise.
That alone will be more than Obama & the Dems have added as a net positive.
