Well, I maybe haven't mastered television yet, but five minutes of googling found three articles that place the cost of getting a new drug approved and to market at $2.8 to 4 BILLION, with just as much funding for that coming from venture capital as public support.
They also mentioned your ban on negotiating prices, which of course is another government boondoggle.
That's alright though, you stay up there on your liberal high horse.

This isn't hard to see.
