you would cull the field much.

W was portrayed as a rich Yale graduate, son of a president, rich, spoiled and pampered. Avoided serving in the military. Totally elite.

Wild bill clinton from Hope Arkansas was closer to "everyman" than W. But he went to the ivy league also. He however, never lost his white trash persona.
