Matthew 5, Matthew 19, Luke 16:18, and Mark 10.
Moxetai was pitted against porneia in such a way as to make it clear that Christ was not saying there was an exception when the sin was moxetai. And there is no exception in Luke, written to the Greeks, nor Mark, written to the Romans. Only in the Gospel to the Jews, Matthew, is there an exception. Nobody who understood the law would suggest that an illegal marriage was the subject of those passages.
