BO has no executive management experience and has proven he is in over his head. Couple that with current players and recruits not buying what he is selling so standing pat Mizzou might as well shut down program because they aren't winning for a decade. Every year of mediocrity is 2-3 years rebuilding IF you have a coach players and recruits are buying into.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
