So are you advocating a change after this season, or giving him another year? Have you given much thought to not being able to attract a good candidate because we terminate after one season. As baad as it's been one season is hardly a fair chance especially coming off a tumultuous year on and off the field. Are you prepared to accept a Babers like hire because that is what we can get even though the money is there? The embarrassment of getting turned down by multiple candidates can also fracture a ver fragile athletic Department psyche.
