Much of the world's socialist single payer healthcare, depends upon the US for medical innovation, new medicine.
Single payer will kill that.
Along with a lot of people waiting on lists for operations.
Nice way to kill off a major industry that was thriving, and cause people to drop out of medical school.
Who wants ten years of education, to become a low paid govt employee?
