like a new coach, new assistants, 2 good players coming in the class before him, and some excitement about the program, and maybe there are personal reasons he wants to stay in st. louis? Who knows, different people, different factors, different outcomes.
Your logic is that if a school misses on some recruits in the past therefore they should miss on all recruits, and if they don't they MUST be cheating.
That's incredibly dumb and basically asserts that there's no point in recruiting etc because things can never change. If you believe that you should probably stop following Tiger athletics because things will never improve, and if they do you're just going to get Quin'd/Ricky Clemons'd again.
