certainly possible, and he has admitted that it is.

His contention is that it requires access, and I heartily agree with him on that point.

So what we know:

1. Electronic voter fraud is possible.

2. Political operatives have shown that they are ready willing and able to commit an assortment of crimes, including voter fraud.
