Some of them even skirt security cams.

Does every room around the country housing voting machines &/or the removable cards for the machines have those security cams and people monitoring them?

Have all the people with access to those rooms, those machines & the security systems been heavily vetted?

I doubt it. Given how poorly voting went in many districts around the country during the primaries, it would seem that the government is about as incompetent in running elections as they are in keeping the voter rolls up to date and accurate.
