achieved within the parameters of what was & can be again the greatest Healthcare system in history.

The hoops to be jumped through coupled with the outrageous, to the extent you have had as good of chance of increased complications &/or resulting damage or death, wait times to even get to see an initial Referencing Physician in these other countries drove plenty, who could, to flock to the US for their healthcare.
