It is simply more deceptive. In fact, its name alone is deceptive, as it takes millions of payers, not a single one.

The only way to actually lower the cost of any good, including health care and health insurance, has absolutely nothing to do with any of the claimed powers of government.

It is physically impossible for the government to actually lower the cost of a good, by legislation alone.
