simple fact that some people HAVE NO RESOURCES. And, even by my standards deserve care.

First people in line should be those who have mental and physical disabilities which were unavoidable. That the blind, for example, need charities to be helped is outrageous. The examples are endless.

But SP will be wasteful, because pols won't try to run it right and people are too stupid to even know how it could work well.
