I pretty much agree with your breakdown. 15 wins and I don't think there's any chance KA is fired.

If its somewhere in the 12, 13 or 14 win total range, it really depends on the quality of play and how the team finishes. If it is clearly a team on the upswing, KA could be retained with a 12 win season.
