best 6-12 in the SEC would be the lowest conference winning percentage since Quin got fired.
16 would be in the "tough choice" column IMO. That is probably 7 or 8 SEC wins which is 3 or 4 games under .500. That's still 4 or 5 SEC wins from being a bubble team and with the SEC recruiting picking up that may be hard to attain. That's when you look at recruiting, who is transferring out, and the results of the game.
17+ and I would keep him on. You could make an argument that year 4 could be a NCAA tourney team with that number of wins and with the players returning.
