McCaffery at Iowa is decent to pretty good.

You apparently know Ford's track record.

Groce and Romar are in danger of being fired after this season. It's not like we're losing all of these guys to Duke. We're losing them to teams with mediocre coaching staffs, who just happen not to be terrible and aren't entirely incapable of recruiting to a necessary level to get them.
