They are preparing every one to go to virtual schools. States like Florida cut our budget a long time ago. It is required that every high school student takes at least one class on line. I know that St Louis has a charter school in it for at risk kids that is all virtual. However the program is very difficult and the classes are written at the college level, only a select few can make it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
