Only J3 has shown the ability to be an above average P5 level player.
Wright and Gant have some potential, but similar to Barnett probably needed a new fresh starts elsewhere to have a shot at reaching that potential.

Perhaps a roster that were exclusively recruited by this staff will follow the coaching and personality better than guys that were recruited by a different staff mostly.
