There are numerous other large business developments happening across the STL Metro, even the Headquarters of another National Brewery in Chesterfield Valley with existing Breweries in Florida for the Southeast & soon one in California for the West Coast.
Take a look at the new Fenton Logistics Park on the old Chrysler site & the expansion of Boeing's Military Headquarers in Hazelwood, as well as, another Manifacturing & Distribution Park up there.
A real kicker is the truly game changing NSA Geospatial Headquarters in North City not far from Washington Ave!!
Wash Ave & around it is teaming with residential development. It has for some years, but has really gone o steroids.
