I'm not at all "primarily pointing to a single game" to "demonstrate Kentuckys superiority". I specifically said that was just one game in their body of work. It is the best game in their body of work, sure. And indicates, playing at their very best, Kentucky is a better team than Mizzou playing at our very best. There is no way this Mizzou team, as good as it is, could sweep Florida in Gainsville.
I just think UK has a better team than Mizzou this year. Not by a huge margin. But they do, IMO. Most of that is the entire body of work, and some of it frankly is the eye test. Have you actually seen many games UK has played? Or Florida? I have. That 13-8 Purdue team that Kentucky beat in non conference is ranked #18 in the RPI. Mizzous best wins in the non conference were against Boise State and PItt, RPIs of 37 and 42, respectively.
I still think UK is the best team in the SEC this year, followed closely by Florida and Mizzou. Then TAMU, then Alabama, then everyone else is far behind those 5 teams. Some games coming up which will help sort out the pecking order are Mizzou at TAMU and Kentucky at Alabama. Mizzou really needs to knock off TAMU on the road, a tough task even with Crow available. I haven't seen anything yet regarding the extent of her injury and when she will play again.
