You can't ever just point to one single game when evaluating teams against one another. You have to look at teams entire body of work. And IMO Kentucky has a more impressive body of work than Mizzou does. And their sweep of a top 10 Florida team in Gainsville is way more impressive than anything Mizzou or any other SEC team has done. That's part of UKs body of work. I've seen most of the conference matches the top 5 SEC teams have played and just believe UK is the better team overall. Despite the results of a single head to head game. Yes, it was very impressive for Mizzou to win Sunday, barely, at home, without Crow. I didn't think they would come close to doing that. But I also don't think any Mizzou fans were betting a load of money on us winning that match either.
With or without Crow I think UK handles us in the rematch on the road in a few weeks.
The bottom line is no 1 single game is cause to make a sweeping judgment between respective teams. Looking at the whole body of work is what most reasonable and informed sports fans subscribe to.
