issues with the mic or sound system, but it can throw off your focus a bit and is certainly sub optimal. As I said, and you conveniently ignored, the problems with the mic were apparent to him and did cause him some concern and disrupted his focus. The fact that it worked fine for the TV viewers if anything would have made him look worse. They don't hear anything wrong, why is he pausing and looking confused there? The people in the audience obviously knew something was wrong and so did he.
Look at the clips of the first debate, there was clearly something there on her podium that was missing on his. It turned on as she walked to the podium, and as I mentioned in another post in this thread someone else apparently turned it off remotely when she left, at least that's what happened in the 2nd debate.
and the light there was not to light up her notes. it was lower than her notes and there was a wooden section that came up on the deck of that podium between the teleprompter or whatever they had hidden in there and her notes. It would have blocked the light from hitting her notes.
and I was indeed mistaken about the step stool. My bad.
But the other differences are clearly there for any honestly seeking the truth to see.
