One ref called a charge the other called a block. So they called it both a charge and a block, foul on both players (which of course is impossible, it had to be one or the other) and Mizzou retained the ball on the possession arrow. But they did it to get themselves out of a surefire controversy situation and let the players decide the game on their own, which was an admirable thing for the refs to do in that sense.
