the #1 cause of his failure. The lack of upperclassmen will doom this team too.
Its certainly valid to point to how poorly prepared our teams are, the lack of effort, lack of fundamentals, poor execution, talent disparity, low expectations, and overwhelming apathy that has enveloped the program. But those are only complication to the root failure of his inability to compile a competitive roster due to historical turnover and recruiting approaches.
