point out it's the reason we are so terrible. Kim's inability to retain talent is likely why he'll be fired. You can't take over a team and basically turn over a dozen players in the first 2 years and expect to be successful. Kim's inability to retain the talent he inherited is likely going to be his downfall. I don't think there are many people who don't recognize this.
