For instance, we can ask ourselves this:

Is the economy better now than it was in 2012?

Is the unemployment rate better now than it was in 2012?

How does US economy compare with their global peers? Are we worse off or better off?

Will Iran go nuclear within the next couple of years?

Will Obamacare fall apart and be replaced with a GOP model where access and quality improves?

Those answers will define Obama's legacy.
