I do not know that Bill was right in the middle of it but you are right about the most part. Probably approved it I do know that the Japanese tried to buy mining rights for Ore and they turned them down. Russia has more natural resources than any country in the world and now Canada and Russia virtually control it Russia's population is in check no sanctions and the right investments they will be the wealthiest
