I was watching 60 minutes a few weeks ago and they were presenting Russian Military policy of the possibility of using nukes and then showed a film of newer model of tactical nukes that could be reasonably used in a battle. They are preparing us psychologically for war. For us to win a conventional war in the Middle East we would have to use tactical nukes.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
