I think I'm more upset with myself for making bad purchases.
I had just finished a bottle of Talisker Distillers Edition that was magnificent, so when I was at the duty free shop in Amsterdam, I chose liter bottles of Talisker Port Ruighe, Storm, and Dark Storm because those three bottles were cheaper than two 750 bottles of Laphroaig An Cuan Mor and PX....incredibly stupid choice on my part.
The Port Ruighe was OK, and I haven't opened the Dark Storm yet, but the critics like it much better than Storm. We'll see,
