are aware, is that the NY Times, like all other businesses, is going to take advantage of net losses from one year to lower... even to the point of eliminating, taxes in subsequent years, to the extent that the law allows.

Acting like Trump is a big scumball for doing so is hypocritical in the extreme, whether the info demonstrating the hypocrisy is from a 10k or from a tax return.
