because you have no clue what you're talking about.

Tax reserves relate to financial accounting for income tax (the provision that is included in the 10k.) The tax benefit shown in the financials does not indicate whether or the company received a refund.

Furthermore, receiving a tax refund doesn't indicate whether the company paid (how much they paid) in cash income taxes.

In short, some ****ing idiot is confusing financial accounting for income taxes with a tax return.
