to pay off personal and business debts. Pretty much the definition of fraud.

Curiously there are those who wish to give him the awesome power of the presidency.

I never cared for W or Reagan (I was OK with Poppy), but I would never select Trump over those guys. Though Reagan was a pretty serious criminal.
