and compare them to KCMO's scores. I bet that they are very similar.
You get what I am saying. In KCMO all the high performing "Cream of the crop" students are siphoned off to Catholic and Charter schools.
You do that in any school district and I bet you have a huge impact on overall test scores.
My wife's school is 30% special needs kids. These are documented kids with IEP plans and 60 IQ scores. They get lumped in with the rest of the students testing scores.
