there are every bit as good as those you will find in the burbs. Failing schools all have a single problem. The communities in which they are located.
Schools are simply a reflection of their communities. Show me a failed school and I will show you a failed community. Show me a successful school and I will show you a successful community.
There is absolutely no reason for primary and secondary schools to be focused on drone tech and graphic design. Give the students a high quality education and they will be prepared to take on all of those things when they leave high school.
KCSD proved without a doubt in the 90's and 2000's that throwing money at education is no better than throwing it down a rat hole.
