a form of lying. Yes, they were trying to represent them, and their views, in as bad a light as possible. But they did not change their words or add any of their own.

They have the right to creatively edit if they wish.

I am not defending the 'documentary' I am just stating that this is a first amendment case that does not appear to have any traction.
