actionable. The first amendment gives them the right to cover the story as they see fit. They did not publish any lies that I could see they just tried to make one side out as honorable and just while the other was shady and confused. The liberal media at their finest.

The sad part is that you have a mainstream 'news-person' doing a propaganda hatchet piece and her media bosses had no issues with it. freedom of the press was designed with the purpose of protecting the people from an overreaching government, I do not think our forefathers envisioning a time where the people would need protection from the unholy union of the press and government.
