And, as noted, during HCBS's tenure at KU, the mizzou coaching tree (Quin, Mike A, Haith and Kim) have won a total of FOUR NCAA tournament games (three of those in one year), and three first round losses in it.

mizzou's overall NCAA Tournament record during "the full tenure of Self at ku" is four wins and five losses. Which is abysmal, yes, but even more so when placed in the context of remembering that in MORE THAN HALF that time (eight years -- 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2014, 2015 and 2016) mizzou coaches were not even good enough to get their teams into the NCAA Tournament. But if ya can't get into the NCAA Tournament, ya can't 'underachieve' in it, right?
