My complaint is MU should have finished that season

ranked #1 in the nation if the last game in Lawrence had been allowed to play out in semi normal fashion. MU was ranked #3 at the time and both of the teams ahead of them proceeded to lose. That would have garnered MU a #1 seed, but frustratingly another mockery of the game of basketball was allowed to play out on Naismith Court. I have no issues with the NCAA tourney seeding process.
