A normal program would all list those as weaknesses at this point since they are unknown / unproven. MU is an anomaly in having a sense of optimism about not yet being shown conclusively to be deficient in some area, because that is all that remains to grasp at as a point of optimism. What you are describing would be viewed as weaknesses though typically.
